  1. Coaches and/or Team Administrators are responsible to ensure eligibility requirements.

  2. All coaches are responsible for providing the appropriate identification for all of their players (2018-2019 report card and/or student ID with grade verification). If a player in question does not produce verification upon request, they cannot play in any further games until the age verification is provided to the tournament director. If this affects numerous players on any given team, and the team cannot produce their verification paperwork, the team will forfeit the present game and any additional games, with a loss of all fees/admissions paid.

  3. Any challenge of a player’s age must be made by the head coach prior to the start of the game, to the tournament director. A team that requests a challenge, must have all of their verification paperwork available, in order for the challenge to be heard. Due to privacy laws, the tournament director will be the ONLY person who will review the verification paperwork.

  4. All Crossover Hoops Nationals and referee decisions are final.

  5. There will be NO refunds of any kind!
